Your statement will say this charge is to The Planning Council rather than to NAPC.  The Planning Council is generously providing registration services including credit card processing for this year’s National Association of Planning Councils. Make a note of this, please, to avoid confusion when the statement arrives.

Every effort has been made to keep costs affordable. This year's rates are lower than in prior years. And there's a new, lower "group" rate to encourage more attendees from the same member organization to come. Join NAPC and enjoy the member discount.

$350 non-members
$295 members
$250 additional attendees from member organizations
$125 third and additional attendees from member organizations
$75 students
$15 for CEU's

Join NAPC before the conference and qualify for the lower Member conference rate.

What is included:  All conference sessions and materials, the NAPC Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Saturday, and the opportunity to disseminate your materials at the Resource Fair.  Breakfasts are included in the hotel room rate.

The conference fee does not include lodging. To qualify for the discounted group rate, call 1-800-EMBASSY and give them the group code of PTU. (Don't call the hotel directly.) The group rate is available for reservations made by March 15.
