2010 NAPC National Conference

Checks:  Make checks payable to NAPC.

Credit cards:  Write your credit card information on the registration form.  If you pay by credit card, your statement will say this charge is to The Planning Council rather than to NAPC.  The Planning Council is generously providing registration services including credit card processing for this year’s National Association of Planning Councils. Make a note of this, please, to avoid confusion when the statement arrives.

Registration fees:   

Every effort has been made to keep costs even more affordable than usual during this challenging year.  The conference fees are lower in 2010 than they've been for many years:

$350 non-members
$295 members
$250 additional attendees from member organizations
$ 75 students

Join NAPC before the conference and qualify for the lower Member conference rate.

What is included:  All conference sessions and materials, the opening reception on Friday (cash bar), the luncheon on Saturday, and the opportunity to disseminate your materials at the Resource Fair.  Breakfasts are not included, because the Embassy Suites rate includes a cooked-to-order hot breakfast…so please enjoy that each morning before coming to the rooms where the conference events will take place.

The conference fee does not include lodging. To qualify for the discounted group rate, please make your hotel reservations directly with the Embassy Suites Old Town Alexandria. Call 1-800-EMBASSY and give them the group code of PLK to request the NAPC group rate.
