Child and Adult Care Food Program
The
Council administers the Child Day Care Fee System for the cities
of Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth.The purpose of this
state subsidized program is to assist low-income families with financial
resources to find and afford quality childcare for their children.
Parents who face the challenge to have financial ends meet due to
the high cost of childcare should inquire about the Child Day Care
