Child and Adult Care Food Program Reimbursement Rates for Family Daycare for Virginia and Maryland (July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008):

Family Daycare Providers participating in CACFP cannot charge separate fees for the meals served. TIER 1 rates are reimbursed to providers in low-income areas, or to low income providers, or for children who qualify for reduced meals and snacks at their school district.
