DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY FEBRUARY 21

This year’s conference will feature two tracks:

Track I.   Case Management Professional Development (Due to limited seating of 60, priority will be given to South Hampton Roads (SHR) service providers. Participation will be limited to the first 60 SHR registrants with confirmed payment.  Any unconfirmed slots may be opened up to all attendees if available after registration deadline of Feb 21.)

    • This training is separate from the general conference sessions, and is designed for direct service providers.
    • Participants will remain in this Track throughout the conference and will not attend other concurrent sessions.
    • Facilitated by Suzanne Wagner of Housing Innovations.
    • Because of limited seating, priority will be given to South Hampton Roads service providers.
    • Available for up to 2 individuals per South Hampton Roads agency
    • Topics will include
      • Engagement & Retention
      • Critical Time Intervention
      • Housing First Implementation
      • Employment Strategies
      • and MORE

Track II. General Conference Sessions/Best Practices (for those not attending Track 1)

    • Services for Veterans
    • Education of Homeless Children
    • Using Data for Planning and Evaluation
    • Rapid Rehousing & Transition in Place
    • Culture of Poverty
    • and MORE
