Services
offered by Planning and Development include training, consultation,
technical assistance, product development, analysis and demonstration.
Services
are customized to meet the needs of public and private, for-profit
and not-for-profit clients.
When
asked about human services, most people think of programs to feed
the hungry, house the homeless or provide health care to the indigent.
What most people do not envision, however, is the amount of research,
assessment and organizational planning that goes into the development
and delivery of human service programs. The Council can help professionals
do this important work more effectively.
