response to the Board’s strategic directive to reassess and
clarify the future direction of The Planning Council, the following
affirming statements were developed and adopted by the Board of
Directors in 2002.

We plan, develop and manage human services to improve the quality
of life.

We will act with honesty, fairness and respect for others.

the well being of our community.
