About the program:
Provides health education relating to cancer and various services to laryngectomies. Offers instruction on how to speak again for laryngectomies. Volunteers give talks to licensed practical and registered nursing classes and to paramedics, speaks to college classes in speech pathology, and public school classes about smoking. The Woman's Auxiliary counsels among themselves concerning the family member who has had the laryngectomy (meets on the second Monday of each month at 1:00PM).
