About the program:
Offers information and services from a number of County departments, Commissioner of Revenue, Finance, Real Estate and Assessment Office of Planning, Building Inspections, Personnel, Transit, and Treasurer. Assistance is offered in filling out most County forms, applications, and contracts. Such forms include- contracts for sewer connections, applications for relief of Real Estate tax for persons 65 & over, contractor and subcontractor registration forms, building permit applications, rezoning applications, and county job applications. A data bank is maintained and includes information and sources such as Land Book, Land Maps, Alphabetical Listings, Tax Forms, Land use Applications, the code of James City County- The General Ordinances, Annual Budget, General Building regulations, permit fee schedules, maps- container sites and landfill service, J.C.C. Transit schedules, Williamsburg and James City County Public Schools. A Notary public service is provided, and Voter Registration is available.
