Serves those persons primarily with drug, alcohol, work and other related problems. Also serves only those who are military affiliated, and their dependents on space availability. Offers screening and evaluation services, counseling services, referral services to education and inpatient treatment for drug and alcohol programs and referral services to other agencies for other social problems.
