About the program:
Provides counseling, crisis intervention, community involvement, community education and financial assistance to individuals in need of help through FEMA funds, Acute Needs Children's Fund and special funds of Norfolk Urban Outreach Ministry. The Acute Needs Children's Fund helps families with school age children by providing clothing, school books, eye glasses, transportation to safer living conditions, diapers and formula and more.
