Provides a community where young people and adults work together to improve their lives through partnerships. Alternatives is dedicated to improving the quality of life for young people through the advancement of youth/adult partnerships. Alternatives provides dynamic learning opportunities that give young people and adults the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work together to positively influence their peer groups, schools,neighborhoods, and the community. FEES CHARGED: Services to individuals not living in Hampton or special programs that require additional revenue to operate.
