About the program:
Provides a variety of services to Armed Forces and Veterans and to the general public, such as counseling and financial aid services, safety and disaster services, emergency medical care, health and nursing services, medical supply and equipment provision, blood services, language bank, recreation instruction, health and safety educational services (including HIV/AIDS prevention). Professional staff and volunteers provide these services.
