About the program:
Maintains the Commission's judicial records and the docket of cases; schedules use of courtrooms and provides baliffs for hearings; prepares and transmits records to the
Supreme Court in cases on appeal from judgements. The Clerk acts as statutory agent for service of process for corporations, limited partnerships and certain other business
entities; processes and maintains all documentary filings applicable to corporations, limited partnerships; collects registration fees and issues appropriate certificates and
receipts; acts as central filing office for Uniform Commercial Code and Federal Tax Liens; furnishes information by telephone and provides certificates of fact or certified
copies relating to documents on file; provides centralized micrographic, reprographic, mail/supply room support to the Commission.
