Provides a local library for the visually, physically handicapped, and reading disabled, with materials available in tape cassette, Braille, and large print. Also provides

ASSISTIVE DEVICES: Braille embosser; braille writer; closed-circuit TV; hard-copy large-print device; magnifer; optical character reader.
SPECIAL SERVICES: Children's summer reading program.
PUBLICATIONS: Patron newsletter.
