About the program:
Provides a sub regional library for the visually and physically handicapped in Hampton and Poquoson. ELIGIBILITY: Those served must have a certifiable visual or physical handicap. SERVICES: The Hampton subregional library serves as the main library center for the blind, visually and physically handicapped in Poquoson and Hampton. Equipment and services include-cassette tape books and players talking books and talking book machines, large print books, magnifiers, enlargers, reference and referral services, toys for visually and physically handicapped.
