About the program:
Provides a variety of health education programs for the community. Programs are usually presented by the medical, hospital, and Family Focus staff. Topics include the full range of mental, physical, and emotional health issues. Issues vary from stress management to relationship issues, from exercise and nutrition to child development, and assertiveness training. Also offers a full conference center, an outside walking trail, and three sites offer a family focus programs.
