About the program:
Provides trained volunteers who are appointed by the court to work with child abuse and neglect cases which come before the court. Attempts to meet two major needs of the courts: determine the needs of the child and available placement alternatives. Volunteers are specially trained in conducting interviews, writing court reports, and advocating for the child's right to a permanent home.
