About the program:
Investigates and pursues support provision from legally responsible relatives for entitled children. The majority of these children are currently receiving public assistance or TANF. However, services are available to non-welfare children at no cost. Caretakers must have a child in care under the age of eighteen, or owed child support arrears. Paternity establishment services, health-care obligation establishment services, and enforcement of health-care coverage is also offered.
