Serves as an umbrella organization for Norfolk's efforts to create and maintain safe and healthy communities through partnerships. A broad range of activities and programs have developed under this umbrella, touching issues of all sorts. The PACE Outreach Office can provide information and referrals to PACE related city and community programs.
