About the program:
Provides staff support to the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, Chesapeake Youth Committee and the Chesapeake Council on Youth Services by developing and implementing strategies to prevent delinquency and promote positive youth and family development and disseminating youth resource materials throughout the city.
