ELIGIBILITY: Individuals with arthritis, cardiovascular disease, hearing impairment, orthopedic impairment, and/or visual impairment are also served. FEES: Apartments start at $989.00/month for studio; $1379.00 for alcove; $1569.00 for a 1-bedroom; $2149.00 for a 2-bedroom. Charges include 1 meal per day, 24-hour security, transportation, housekeeping, utilities, and wellness program. SERVICES: Agency is a proprietary adult congregate living facility-retirement community with 157 apartments serving individuals 65 years of age and over. Services include a wellness program for all residents, which consists of health assessment, promotion, monitoring, body recall, aqua exercise; various health screenings are offered on a regulsr basis. Also offered are 3 meals per day, housekeeping and laundry services available and transportation. There are also 18 apartments/40 private rooms for assisted living.
