About the program:
Provides advice and counsel from retired businessmen and women to individuals who are beginning or contemplating beginning a business venture. SERVICES: In the Service Corps of Retired Executives -SCORE- program concentration is on the individual-on the owner or operator, SCORE members assist their clients reach a balanced approach to management of their business through counseling in such areas as finance, personnel, publicity, marketing, engineering, production, merchandising, etc. and also urge that they seek other sound advisory relationships among bankers, lawyers, accountants, professional business specialists and business friends and to set aside time to participate in trade associations and business management courses. Interested parties may visit the office for consultation by appointment.
