About the program:
Provides medical care and support services to military active duty, retired personnel, and their dependents. DIRECTORY: Services at Langley Hospital are provided to all eligible beneficiaries in the Peninsula and Hampton Roads. ELIGIBILITY: Military affiliation as a Qualifying factor-dependents of deceased personnel either active duty or retired are served. FEES: For eligible beneficiaries-There is no charge for outpatient services. However, there is a subsistence charge for active duty members for inpatient services, subsistence charge plus medical services charge for dependents. Charge guidelines are set by congress. Agency accepts checks. REFERRAL: The only document required for admission is a valid military I.D. card and enrollment in the defense eligibility enrollment reporting system/deers follow-up information is provided only with a patient's permission.
