Provides services to sustain the community cycle of reading, learning, and understanding by providing access to resources, services and programs that are selected, organized and supported by a skilled staff. FEES: Charges for certain services: Overdue fines 5 cents per day for youth; 10 cents per day for adults and 50 cents a day for videos. Meeting Room fees vary.
