About the program:
Serves as a site for participating agencies and physicians to offer medical care and support services to area residents. Family medicine, dental, optometrical, home health care and emergency care (through the local Fire Department) are examples of services provided. Also offers monthly food distribution through the Foodbank of the Eastern Shore.
