About the program:
Provides law enforcement and protection services for area residents. Dispatches for Emergency Medical Care and First Aid, Fire and Police. Policemen receive first aid
training. The Community Policing Unit's primary duties are to educate the public in various crime prevention techniques, and to offer assistance on problems centering around
juvenile delinquency and drug abuse. The department also has a catalog of programs for presentations to the public on all crime prevention techniques. These programs are
available to all schools, organizations, and any unchartered groups that solicit the department.
