About the program:
Administers the immigration and naturalization laws relating to the admission, exclusion and deportation of aliens lawfully residing in the United States, investigates alleged violations of those laws, patrols the borders of the United States, supervises court hearings and cooperates with the public schools in providing citizenship textbooks and other services for the preparation of candidates for naturalization.
