About the program:
Provides planning, coordination and direction of emergency services for Northampton County in the event of a natural or national disaster. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Office of Civil Defense works in conjunction with the State Department of Civil Defense and Governor and is notified in the event of disaster. This agency also works closely with the County Health Department. AGENCY SPONSORSHIP: Federal-50 percent; State-50 percent.
