About the program:
Prosecutes felony cases in state courts. SERVICES PROVIDED: The Office of the Commonwealth Attorney serves as a legal advisor to the State Police, ABC Investigator, Sheriff's Department, Arson Investigator for state and county, and the County Fire Marshall. State and local warrants and prosecution for all felony and most misdemeanor cases. Reciprocal support assistance in juvenile and domestic relations general district court is given to families from out-of-state.
