About the program:
Provides outpatient medical care. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of department of defense and subunits-civilian employees are treated when injured on the job, or in an emergency. FEES: The clinic does not charge eligible beneficiaries. Civilian emergencies are charged $109 per out-patient visit. Check made out to treasurer of the United States. REFERRAL: Execpt for a civilian emergency, a person must have a uniformed services I.D. card authorizing care. SERVICES: The primary purpose of the clinic is to treat the active duty personnel stationed at Fort Monroe. This agency also offers an outpatient pap smear clinic. Military sick call-From 7:30AM-9:00PM. Dependent appointments-9:00AM-4:00PM. Clinic hours-7:30AM-4:30PM only. No night service; no service weekends or Holidays; no ambulance service except on post.
