Some of the primary functions of, the office consist of- putting the right people in the right place at the Right time, job classifications, recruiting, the education and career development of the personnel and maintaining their files. The office also advises the management of the proper utilization of the civilian personnel, provides program management for labor-relations, equal employment opportunity, and incentive awards.
