About the program:
Provides residents of the Virginia Peninsula with access to comprehensive instructional programs which extend through the associate's degree level.
ELIGIBILITY: When enrollments must be limited for any curriculum or course, the priority list is as follows--1. Residents of the political subdivisions supporting the college
2. Other Virginia residents
3. Out-of-state students.
FEES: Federal Guaranteed Loans, Insured Student Loan Plan, scholarships from various organizations but administered by the college, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants
(SEOG), Pell Grants, Basic Educational Opportunity Grants, and college scholarships.
REFERRAL POLICY: With each application for admission transcripts from high schools, colleges or universities attended are also required.

continuing adult education; developmental studies; special training programs; specialized regional and community services; cooperative education program.
