About the program:
Provides administration for rent subsidy programs that serve very low to low income families. Administers a neighborhood conservation program in the community. Also administers public housing, Section 8, and MOD REHAB programs. Pays rent subsidies on behalf of HUD and VHDA for rent exceeding 30 percent of adjusted income.
