Provides access to acquire, sell, finance, own, manage, maintain, construct,improve and rehabilitate housing for low and moderate income individuals and families within the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as to initiate, assist, coordinate, develop and implement programs and activities which are designed to ameliorate the housing needs of disadvantaged persons within and without the Commonwealth of Virginia.
