About the program:
Provides a free, confidential service for parents who want to improve their relationship with their children and find more effective ways of coping with the pressures of everyday life. These parents may have experienced some degree of emotional deprivation and are at risk of continuing such practices with their children. The self-help support groups are professionally facilitated and peer led. Groups meet once a week for two hours. Children under twelve can participate in activities while their parents are meeting.
