About the program:
Assists employees and their families in resolving personal problems which may be affecting performance at work and other aspects of their lives. The services include training, supervisor consultation and is an integral part of a company's efforts towards productivity, safety, human resource development, compliance with Federal Drug Free Work Place Standards and employee wellness. Contracts are made with local and national companies. Offers access to clinical programs such as Substance Abuse groups, Anger Management groups, Domestic Violence Prevention groups, various other therapy groups, and/or individual, family or marital counseling.
