The organization's mission is to help prevent kidney and urinary tract disease, to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and to increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Offers emergency financial help for patients and other direct services (discount medication card, support group, and free medical ID jewelry).
