About the program:
Provides a community based interagency demonstration project aimed at coordinating and enhancing existing services to meet the multiple needs of substance-using pregnant women and their infants, and at risk women of child-bearing age. FEES: The agency works with those who fall in the poverty guidelines set by the federal government. These deal with family size and gross income.
