Provides free budget counseling, housing counseling, educational services and a debt management program to families and individuals regardless of race, national origin, sex, social position or financial status. ACCREDITATION: Agency is a member of Family Service America, and a member of council on accreditation of Services for Families and Children, Inc. Member of the National Foundation for Consumer Credit.
