About the program:
Serves as a resource to promote healthier lifestyles in the community through education and early intervention. Volunteers are trained to administer blood pressure screenings, CPR, Heimlich, first aid, identify life threatening signs and direct those in need to the appropriate caregiver or facility. In addition, the volunteers also provide self-care education to the community.
