Provides a branch of the regional library which offers access to resources, services and programs for reading. FEES: Charges for certain services: Overdue fines 5 cents/day for children's materials, 10 cents/day for adult materials; Videos are 50 cents/day. No fees for non-profit organizations. Meeting room fees vary according to group and usage.
