About the program:
Investigates complaints of adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation within state mandated time limits in order to provide appropriate services to ameliorate the protective issues identified. The Virginia Beach Social Services Department receives reports, conducts investigations to determine the need for protective services and provides or arranges for services needed.
