About the program:
Provides rent and utility assistance to families and individuals, a weekend feeding program, a food referral system, vouchers, and a clearinghouse for local agencies. The week-end feeding program consists of a mid-day meal on Saturday and Sunday. Meals are provided by volunteer groups from area churches and community organizations. Meals are served at Oasis, 1020 High Street, Portsmouth, 23704 (except on the 3rd Sunday of each month when served at St. James Episcopal Church in Portsmouth.)
