About the program:
Acts as the representative payee for certain Social Security and Veteran recipients who are unable to look after their own money or who are referred by a physician. Social Security allows agency to collect a small stipend from the recipient's monthly check for services. Agency pays the bills and sends out weekly allowances to clients.
