About the program:
Provides an individual transitin plan to ease the re-entry into civilian life. Transition process can begin one year prior to retirement or separation. Weekly briefings include: Transition Benefits, Defense Outplacement Referral System (DORS), and Public and Community Services (PACS), and the Resource Library.
