Provides information regarding birth and death certificates, and declaration of paternity. Death Certificates for deaths that occur in the City of Virginia Beach are available (issued according to state regulations). Birth Certificates are available from the Division of Vital Records, PO Box 1000, Richmond, VA 23218-1000. Applications for birth certificates can be obtained from the Virginia Beach Department of Health.
