About the program:
Provides prevention and early intervention services to Norfolk residents in order to prevent the further spread of HIV infection. Assures immediate delivery of high quality care of those infected individuals. Services offered: HIV pre and post test counseling, substance abuse/HIV assessment and referral, street outreach, HIV case management, therapeutic HIV testing and medical referral and education.
