About the program:
Provides services for infants and young children with or at-risk for developmental delays, physical and mental disabilities, speech, hearing or vision impairment, physical
handicaps, seizure disorders, brain damage, cerebral palsy, or mental retardation. Gives an opportunity for infants and young children to have a positive experience outside of
the home, and to help them reach their potential. These experiences include activities in the development areas of gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language, self help, and
social emotional.
