About the program:
Provides information, education, training, consultation, technical assistance, program planning and community network development in the areas of substance abuse prevention and mental health promotion to community agencies and organizations, public and private schools, businesses, and individuals. Promotes wellness and prevents drug abuse through the Substance Abuse Prevention Program and the Parent Drug Education and prevention, mental health promotion, Community Youth Activity Program, career clubs, student assistance programs, and chemical abuse prevention through educational services.
