Area Served: Chesapeake, Franklin, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Southampton, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.

About the program:
Provides a program for students who exhibit aggressive and/or severe disruptive behavior, in addition to the diagnosis of mental retardation. The goal is to prepare students to function as independently as possible in the most complex and least restrictive post-school community, domestic, vocational and recreational environments.
